Arjoon is sharing over 19 years of dynamic experience in brand building, innovation, communications and business leadership-he is a creative trailblazer across Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) with leadership roles across personal care products and the thriving realm of food and beverages.

At General Mills, Arjoon has led the iconic Haagen-Dazs and Nature Valley Northern Europe business, been the co-founding member of the General Mills New Ventures incubation team for Europe where he played a pivotal role in setting up the Natural & Organic Business Unit and the European Venture Capital arm and more recently pioneered the Brand Experience function within marketing for the Europe and Australasia region to drive bolder brand building at scale and champion the creativity mandate.

Since 2022, Arjoon is the International Head of Creative & Growth Ideas with a mandate to champion innovation & idea development across the 4 Ps for the General Mills portfolio of loved food brands across Europe, Asia-Pacific, Middle-East-Africa and Latin America.
